The fee must accompany each new student application for admission.
Returning students re-enrolled prior to May 1 will be charged an early enrollment fee of $210 per student, with a family maximum of $525. After May 1, the re-enrollment fee is $260 per student with a family maximum of $625.

Three tuition payment plans are available for your convenience.
- Pre-Payment Plan- account paid in full by the start of school in September will qualify for a 2% discount. ($4,038)
- 10-Month Payment Plan- first payment is due August 1st with the last due May 1st.
- 12-Month Payment Plan- first payment is due July 1st with the last payment due June 1st.
Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month.
Payments received after the 15th of the month will be considered late.
A $35 late fee will be applied each month payment is late.
FAMILY FINDER CREDIT
A family with children enrolled in HCS will receive a credit in the amount of $400 for each new family they refer. To qualify the new enrolling family must identify who referred them, complete the enrollment process, and faithfully complete all financial and academic responsibilities for one quarter of the academic year.
Financial assistance is available to all that qualify. Amounts awarded are based upon need as determined by a confidential family need assessment service. That service is determined on a yearly basis and may change as availability and ease of use are determined. Returning families must submit the application prior to the end of the current school year.
Parents will be notified of adjustments intuition payments once the school has received the assessment results. Regular tuition payments should be made until notified. Please understand that financial assistance is available because friends of HCS contribute faithfully to our school. No assistance is given by the assessment service.
